Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you schedule your next visit prior to leaving so we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY...

In consideration of our clients  and technicians, please give 24-hour notice of any cancellations. We understand if things come up, however, if frequent last minute cancellations do occur, we ask that future appointments be reserved with a credit card. 50% of services booked will be charged to your credit card without a 24-hour notice of cancellation.

RETURN POLICY...

We will gladly exchange retail hair care products. Sorry, make-up purchases are final sale.

GIFT CERTIFICATES...

Gift certificates are available in any denomination or for any service. Not redeemable for cash. We do our best to keep record of gift cards purchased, but we are not liable for lost or stolen cards.
